- Pinch one chopstick between your thumb and forefinger. Adjust it above your hand, bending it vertically.
- Adjust the other chopstick underneath the first chopstick
- Use your middle finger to hold the chopstick underneath
- So, your thumb and forefinger grasp the first chopstick at the top while the middle finger supports the second chopstick underneath.
- To eat noodles with chopsticks, for example, adjust the chopsticks slightly horizontally to fetch the noodles, not vertically.
