How to Eat with Chopsticks in 5 Steps

  1. Pinch one chopstick between your thumb and forefinger. Adjust it above your hand, bending it vertically.
  2. Adjust the other chopstick underneath the first chopstick
  3. Use your middle finger to hold the chopstick underneath 
  4. So, your thumb and forefinger grasp the first chopstick at the top while the middle finger supports the second chopstick underneath. 
  5. To eat noodles with chopsticks, for example, adjust the chopsticks slightly horizontally to fetch the noodles, not vertically. 

Eating with chopsticks is easy when you follow the steps above. You may not master the skill on the first try, but with consistency, you’ll be fine.
