  1. Get up early and have a hearty breakfast
  2. Start your safari at sunrise
  3. Carry healthy snacks and water
  4. Check your tire pressure, and add if necessary to 1.6 or reduce if it reads higher. The goal is to have traction as you drive on sand or gravel
  5. Be ready to go through checks and pay park fees as you start your safari
  6. When in the park, avoid getting out of your car. Only step out in designated areas
  7. The park is dusty, so some may get into your car
  8. Check out the watering holes to see more animals

How long Is the Safari Drive?

Enquire beforehand how many hours you’ll take round the park. You don’t want to miss out on sections of the park you had planned to explore, just because of not having enough time.

Make the most of your safari drive by following designated routes and observing park rules. Ensure your car’s fuel tank is full.
