- Find joy in what you do
- Develop a stronger connection with yourself which happens when you talk internally, sing in the bathroom, etc. In a way you’re spending time with yourself, thus enjoying own company.
- Make your home feel like a sanctuary; somewhere you can relax, nurture yourself and have peace of mind
- Focus your thoughts internally and think of your interests and experiences when you need to escape from crowds.
- Incorporate self-care into your life

Remember that a healthy relationship with yourself will help you develop a deep connection with others. If you can’t stand being alone and enjoying your own company, then you can’t appreciate your space.
