Regarding his family, the Nigerian singer has three siblings, two sisters and a brother. However, his brother passed away after a surgery gone wrong, he recounted on his X(formerly Twitter) page.

It’s not the only tragedy he has encountered. His parents, Justice Ikubor and Mrs Ikubor, are also late. His father passed away first, forcing him to fend for his family. They moved to Ghana for a year, where he hustled, as he explained in an interview published in Modern Ghana.

“I felt like I grew up too fast. Life switched up on me when I lost my brother and father. The weight was on my shoulders and forced me to sell my childhood to provide for my family,” he said.
