Routines are a great way of snapping out of your holiday habits. You might have disrupted your normal schedule to give way to the festivities. Now that you’re going back to your usual day, falling back to your routines helps come out of the holiday mood. It also keeps you engaged so that you won’t daydream about the holidays and feel sad.
