Chantelle Monique Swaby was born on 6 August 1998 in West Hartford, Connecticut, United States. Her father, Lennox Swaby, was born in Jamaica hence her Caribbean heritage. He also influenced her to play the game.
“He’s not a man of many words. He was born and raised in Jamaica and he pushed us to represent our country which makes him very proud.” Chantelle said.

Chantelle Swaby’s Career
Chantelle went to William Hill High School, where she began her career. She represented the school in football games and did the same when attending Rutgers University.

The midfielder’s first club was Sky Blue FC in the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL). Unfortunately, she made no appearances and moved to the Rangers Women’s Football Club, where she played for a year.
Currently, Chantelle plays for FC Fleury 91.
At the international level, Chantelle has 30 caps for her country. The United States national team courted her but chose to play for Jamaica.
The football player is a rising star in the game. So far, she’s won the Scottish Premier League with Rangers and has the potential to achieve more.
