Augusta National, Georgia

Any golf fan knows that the Augusta National is one of the best sports venues in America. It was founded in 1932 and the first Masters tournament was played in 1934. Fenway Park, Boston

If you’re a baseball fan, you’ve probably been to Fenway Park. It’s one of the best sports venues in America to watch baseball. It’s been the home of the Boston Red Sox since 1912, when it officially opened. 

The facility has been renovated multiple times, its latest being 2022. Fenway Park has a capacity of 37,305 and 37,755 at night. In 1935, Fenway Park had a record attendance of 47,672.

Madison Square Garden, New York

The Madison Square Garden is one of the best sports venues in America. It hosts multiple sporting events like boxing, pro wrestling, basketball, and the National Hockey League (NHL).

Michigan Stadium, Ann Arbor, Michigan

This is the biggest stadium in the United States and third in the world, which makes it one of the best sports venues in America. The University of Michigan owns it and has a capacity of over 100,000. 

The biggest attendance ever it’s had was a college football game between Michigan and Notre Dame which drew over 115, 109 fans. The facility was opened on 1 October 1927 and was renovated seven times, with its latest edition in 2010.

Crypto.com, Los Angeles

The name Staples Center will live long in memory. The owner Anschutz Entertainment Group brought the naming rights and renamed it to Crypto.com. The venue is known for hosting basketball games. 

It’s the home of the Los Angeles Lakers, who’ve lifted the NBA Championship multiple times. The venue holds over 19,000 fans. Over sports events it hosts include ice hockey, boxing, and arena football.

Yankee Stadium, New York City

Another iconic baseball stadium you should visit in America is the Yankee Stadium. It’s the home to the Major League Baseball (MLB) New York Yankees and the Major League Soccer (MLS) New York City. The original stadium was opened in 1923 and closed in 2008. 

The new facility was opened in 2009 and has a capacity of over 43,000 for baseball matches. The highest attendance was during a football game, where 54,251 filled the stadium.
