Joining Metz FC in France from Senegal was the beginning of his stardom. He didn’t take long to impress as Austrian club RB Salzburg snubbed him just a year in France. From there, English Premier League club Southampton came in for him and he caught the attention of many people. After two seasons at the Saints, Liverpool came in for him.

This is where he’s shown the world just how good he is, helping Liverpool win the Premier League title for the first time in this era and a Champions League title. During this time, Mane has accumulated a significant amount of wealth.

Two years later, the winger joined English Premier League side Southampton after which he moved to Liverpool, where he reportedly earned $114, 000 every week.

Due to his high-performance rate and importance in Jurgen Klopp’s side, Liverpool handed Mane a long-term deal worth $190, 000 per week. A year later, his salary increased again, this time to $250, 000 weekly.

In 2023, Sadio Mane left Liverpool and joined German champions Bayern Munich. Bayern is paying him around $320, 000 per week, making him one of the wealthiest African footballers.
