Irvin Khoza’s Net Worth

As of 2023, the Orlando Pirates owner has a net worth of $10 million. Much of it has been made out of his involvement in football. His business investments have also contributed to it. 

Irvin Khoza has been the owner of the club since 1992. He’s transformed it and led it to become one of the best in the country. Before he took over, Khoza worked as a secretary before internal strife saw him ousted. When he came back, he took over as the Chairman.

Additionally, Irvin Khoza has occupied other positions in South African football. He previously served as a vice president of the South African Football Association (SAFA).

As of 2023, Kaizer Motaung’s net worth is estimated to be $60 million. Like Irvin, most of his wealth has been generated through his footballing activities. Kaizer is the owner of the South African football club Kaizer Chiefs. He founded the club in 1970 after he was sold by Orlando Pirates to Atlanta Chiefs.

On his return, instead of going back to Orlando, Kaizer began his own football club Kaizer Chiefs in 1970. The name of the club is partly inspired by his name and former club. Motaung has led the club to great heights and made it one of the best in South Africa.

Motaung attracted lucrative sponsors for his club like Italian sports brand Kappa and Toyota. Previously, Nike was their kit sponsor but parted ways in 2022 due to different interests.  

As of 2023, the Amakhosi is one of the richest football clubs in South Africa. It has a market value of 15 million euros.

On the field, the club has won numerous titles. They have won 12 Premier Soccer League (PSL) titles and 41 domestic cup trophies.
