Pam and David Griffin started Chocolate Therapy in 2011 to provide handmade, locally produced chocolate with memorable flavors to make you feel good. In 2012, Jinji Fraser and her father, Guy, started Jinji Chocolate with the aim of maintaining the sensitivity of farmers who grow and harvest cacao. Ghanaian sisters, Kimberley and Priscilla, are the brains behind 57 Chocolate. 57 stands for 1957, the year Ghana attained independence. They also hope to inspire young people to be creative and use the country’s resources to create value addition. Some of their products include chocolate chips & cocoa nibs, white and dark chocolate.
