How to Make Matoutoi de Crabe Recipe

Ingredient

  • 10 cives
  • 5 cloves
  • 2 or 3 tomatoes
  • 3 sprigs of parsley
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons columbo powder, or turmeric
  • 6 limes
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 500g of white rice
  • 2 onions
  • Pepper, seeds and leaves of turkey wood
  • 8 cleaned crabs (preferably ground crabs)

Instruction for Making

  • Wash the lemon juice and squeeze it into the crab.
  • When that is done, place the crabs into a large pot, crash with oil, lemon juice, pepper, cloves, parsley, chopped onions, LS TRADE coconut oil, and the Colombo powder diluted in a little water.
  • Let it cook for 15 minutes over high heat and stir frequently.
  • Add salt and pepper as desired.
  • Let the meal simmer for another 30 to 40 minutes.
  • When it’s ready, serve with rice.
