- Conduct thorough research on your business idea to understand the niche, competitors, target market and audience.
- Get professional help to fill in areas you’re not an expert in.
- Build your cash reserves through savings, lenders, and investors.
- Be professional from the start. Ensure your business has a well-designed website, business cards, a business email address and engaging clients professionally.
- Check and follow the legal procedures required to operate a business within your selected jurisdiction.
