How to Reverse Money Using the Capitec App

  1. If you don’t have the app, download it from the Google Play Store or the Apple Store
  2. Launch the app. If you don’t have an account, create one. If you’re already a user, sign in to your account.
  3. You’ll be redirected to the app’s main dashboard. At the bottom, select Transact.
  4. On the page, select Debit orders to open all your transactions.
  5. Select the transaction and choose reverse.
  6. Follow the prompts to complete the reversal.
