You can delete your Instagram account on mobile or desktop using the following steps:
On Android or iPhone:
- In the top right corner, tap on the Menu icon and then Settings.
- Select Accounts Centre and then Personal Details.
- Go to Account Ownership and Control.
- Select the account you want to delete.
- Tap Delete Account and then Continue.

- Open the Instagram account and navigate to the three menu lines.
