  2. The next thing you should consider is workout experience. If you’re a beginner, you should focus on the basics to establish a plan you can stick to.
  3. When creating a program, you need to assess the following: What do I like to do, what do I need, and what do I want to get better at and master?
  4. When programming your training, you need to consider different aspects. For example, create a variety between a focus on the upper body and the lower body, depending on how many days you work out.
  5. Adjust your training accordingly.
