1 cup rice 1 liter of milk 1 cinnamon stick 2 cups hot water 1 bowl of sour cream 1 glass of coconut milk 2 tbsp. of cinnamon powder 1 bottle of condensed milk
Pour one cup of rice into a cooking pot
Add one liter of water
Stir the mixture, cover halfway, and allow to boil
Check after 15 minutes. You’ll notice the rice has absorbed the water.
Add the liters of fresh milk to the pot and stir
Add the glass of coconut milk
Add the bowl of sour cream
Add the bowl of condensed milk
Stir, cover the pot halfway, and allow to boil for 20 minutes
Stir and serve in a dessert glass or breakfast bowl
Sprinkle powdered cinnamon to taste
You can also add the cinnamon stick in the middle of the arroz doce.
